As seen in Arlington Magazine! This project involved turning a previously unfinished walk-out basement of a Cape Cod into a beautifully finished apartment and walk out abode, complete with its own new kitchen and full bath. Design elements included custom wood shelving in a walnut finish to compliment budget-friendly IKEA cabinetry.
